The approximate total initial investment ranges from $ 125,000.00 to $ 150,000.000 U.S.D., depending on the project that is to be developed. Where the investment in purchase, transfers, and deposits made for the premises, or the VAT paid are not contemplated; and basically, it includes the expenses generated by the franchise concept fee, expenses generated prior to operation, remodeling and adjustment of the premises (the initial investment also covers the rent for an establishment received in raw structure), furniture and equipment, an initial inventory, training in Mexico City, and initial working capital; in conclusion, it covers the total amount of cash required to start the business and then continue with the process until the opening day of the business.
This is an innovative concept, with a brand the consumers are already familiarized with a MEXICAN coffee of extraordinary quality, which we place correspondingly as one of the best coffees in the world; this is what makes Café Punta del Cielo® Mexico’s Greatest Coffee, and the highest authority within the coffee sector in Mexico.
Our operating model consists of a coffee bar with or without table service, sale of company products, basic salty and sweet snacks (which require no kitchen or gas), in an establishment of about 60 to 100m2 inside of shopping malls, and of about 120 to 150m2 when the establishment is on the street.
It is required to have liquid equity, so it can be invested in a period of 12 to 16 weeks, the time needed to complete the negotiation, the adjustments and installation of the coffee shop (once the establishment has been authorized). This investment might increase or decrease depending on the area, the location, the conditions in which the establishment was initially acquired, and the operating model used.
